Abstract

The purpose of the study is to observe social support as antecedents of student trust and value co-creation (social, emotional and hedonic values) as an outcome of trust. This value co-creation further results in a positive experience. Four hundred fifty students participated in this research. The reliability and validity were measured to observe the internal consistency and accuracy of the primary data set. Later, hypotheses were tested using the structural equation modeling technique in AMOS. The data set empirically supported the proposed hypotheses positively. This research practically and theoretically addresses the practitioners and researchers to exercise social support given to the students. As well as, they need to focus on the value of co-creation, which leads to a positive student experience.
